Fluoro resin coating

When fluorine resin, which is a CH bond, is coated and sprayed and then heated and fired at a certain temperature, an inert, hard coating layer is formed. This is called fluororesin coating. The most commonly known is Teflon coating .
Fluoro resin coating is an excellent coating technique that provides release properties, lubricity, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, non-oil & water repellency, and battery safety to the object to be coated .
Molybdenum coating

It is a coating to obtain a lubricating film by applying a functional paint made by dispersing it evenly in a resin solution using MOS2 (liquid or powder), a type of solid lubricant, and a special filler as the main material on the object to be coated.
Through this, the object to be coated can acquire slide properties, abrasion resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, and functions such as strong durability and low coefficient of friction can be given according to the required performance.
Ceramic coating

It is a coating that evenly disperses metal oxide binders and inorganic fillers, liquefies them, applies them to various substrates, and forms an excellent coating film by heat treatment at low or high temperatures.
The surface of the substrate is coated with ceramics with good heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance .
Nylon coating

Also known as POLY AMIDE coating, the main ingredient is castor oil from tropical regions. Coating is applied to the substrate through electrostatic spraying and DEEPING method.
Nylon coating is eco-friendly due to the nature of its raw materials and is harmless to humans .
Business application case
Daeo Corwin's coating technology can be used in a variety of industries.

Mobile phone, home appliance parts
Through nylon coating, the surface of the object to be coated such as electronic products is coated with a non-toxic eco-friendly material. It has a hard surface and is resistant to scratches, and has excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance, so it is used for various purposes such as machinery, automobiles, aircraft parts, clothing accessories, accessories, and home appliances.

Semiconductor parts
Ceramic coating protects high-tech industrial materials such as heat-resistant equipment, chemical devices, electronics, semiconductors, etc. used in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments such as metal industry and chemical industry, and interior and exterior coatings for construction. It provides excellent functions such as non-adhesion, ultra-weather resistance, high temperature oxidation prevention, heat resistance, non-flammability, far-infrared radiation, high hardness, abrasion resistance, stain resistance, moisture resistance, water repellency, chemical resistance, acid resistance, heat insulation, antibacterial and deodorizing properties.

Automotive Parts
Fluorine coating protects certain objects in automobiles. Fluorine coating is a coating developed based on fluorocarbon to maintain dry lubricity even under high PV conditions. In one coat, the modified product is polymerized and sintered at 370°C (700°F). In addition, room temperature drying or forced drying is also possible.
